Meet Michelle

I’m a holistic coach and mentor who empowers faith-filled families to thrive in their personal, spiritual, and physical growth journey. In 2012, I became a Certified Natural Health Professional and began coaching people to live healthier lives by strengthening various body system imbalances. After a few years of not getting to the root of health challenges, I realized that to truly live a healthy life, you need to improve mental and spiritual health as well as the physical. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation for my life. Through sharing lessons I’ve learned through my diverse experiences and research, I guide, inspire, and empower others to live their healthiest, best lives.
