I’m a Certified Natural Health Professional, a wife, and a mom of five. But before all of that, I was the patient in the doctor’s office with a stack of prescriptions and a body that kept getting sicker — until a nurse mentioned I was on more meds than some of her 80-year-old patients, and something in me finally clicked.
